Overview
Inspired
by the fluidity of form found both in contemporary industrial and
automotive design, Architect Chad Oppenheim has created a boutique
residential living experience in a dynamic neighborhood of artists,
architects, boutiques, and galleries.
A futuristic silhouette on the Miami skyline, CASA
incorporates flexible floor plans, deep terraces, and a playfully
conceived pool, spa and sky garden 18 stories above the streets of
the Design District. CASA
offers 78 one and two-story residential lofts that range from 700 to
1,335 square feet, and penthouses which expand to a generous 2,500
square feet of living space.
