COR,
by architect Chad Oppenheim, is the next generation in mixed-use
developments in Miami. Inspired by industrial systems, COR will
feature a façade conceived as an assemblage of solar panels, sun
shades, wings and turbines.
Providing
a much needed contrast to the excesses of Miami, COR will strive
towards the greatest possible energy efficiency. Versatile,
light-filled interiors, stainless steel kitchens and high-tech
building infrastructure establish a unique balance between sleek
professional and satisfying residential spaces. This melding of live
and work will be supplemented by restaurants and retailers at ground
level, adding to COR’s urbanist personality.
