Will you pay my mortgage, condo maintenance or other recurring payments
for me?
Yes, by specific arrangement. However, you must be aware that we will not
be able to advance any funds for you. Thus, for example, if the rent is late
or unpaid or if the apartment is empty, we will not be able to make the mortgage
payments. You would thus be risking loss of your property. If you want us to
make this type of payment, we will be glad to do this but we will require a much
larger cash balance on account to permit us to make the payments in case the
cash flow from the rental of the property is interrupted.
