Leasing a property for short-term occupancy, by the week or month, is in
effect, running a hotel. This requires a much higher level of supervision
and maintenance than we are able to provide and is certainly not contemplated in
our modest management fees. A typical hotel-condominium management arrangement
involves a 50/50 split in the gross rents received, plus compensation to the
management for all maintenance and out-of-pocket expenditures etc. They become,
in effect, your business partner. We are simply unable to provide this sort
of service within our cost structure.
