In July 2003, the Florida Real Estate Commission
began the process of rulemaking for Rule 61J2, Florida
Administrative Code. Rulemaking is required by Florida Statutes to
ensure that all rules of the board comply with the new language of
Chapter 475, Part I, Florida Statutes. After public hearings on the
proposed changes, the board made many changes to its rules.
Below are the new rules that have been proposed.
