Marquis, a 65-story luxury residential tower and boutique

This 306-unit luxury residential condominium and 56-room luxurious
boutique hotel will feature an infinity-edge pool, 8,000-square-foot

parking, concierge services and housekeeping.
Location
Marquis is ideally situated at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard, at the crossroads
of Downtown Miami and Miami Beach, just one block from the new Performing
Arts Center. It is within minutes of countless world-class shopping
destinations, restaurants, various museums and recreational facilities.
Development Team
Leviev Boymelgreen: One of the largest landowners in South Florida with a
$100 million portfolio of prime urban real estate, the company is
reshaping South Florida’s skyline. Leviev Boymelgreen has a $1.5 billion
plan for residential, commercial and office real estate projects in
Downtown Miami and surrounding areas over the next ten years.
Architect
Arquitectonica: Internationally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica
has designed Marquis with gracefully intersecting and overlapping volumes
in crystalline glass, an Asian-inspired water garden surrounding the
swimming pools, lounging islands on the amenities deck and an eight-story
opening in the tower that will provide sweeping views on Biscayne Bay and
beyond.
Interior Design
Sand Studios: Award-winning Sand Studios, a cutting-edge San
Francisco-based firm that specializes in combining product design with
architecture and interiors. The multidisciplinary firm will blend
architecture with art, giving Marquis a seamless combination of modern,
sophisticated and sculptural design.
Residences
The timeless Marquis residences will be a cut above their neighborhoods,
with private elevators to most units, expansive eight feet deep private
balconies and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Luxurious European
kitchens and bathrooms will feature the finest fixtures and Viking

Prices will range from the $600,000s to over $7 million. The residences at
