Premier Towers has not been officially released to the public yet. The developer (BAP/GGM) has offered the Brokerage Community an opportunity to contact our customers and give them a chance to get in on this pre-release opportunity.

Enough letters of interest from prospective purchasers have been received in the past few weeks for the west tower. Now, the developer is accepting letters of interest for the east tower. It is on a first come basis with a $25,000 deposit.

Pricing for the EAST tower has not been released, and are expected to be slightly higher than those in the West Tower. As an approximate pricing guide, West Tower pricing was as follows:

1 bed/ 1.5 bath LOFTS (825-1289 sq. ft.) $372,000 to $620,000

1 bed/ 1.5 bath FLATS (821- 1058 sq. ft.) $294,000 to $540,000

2 bed/ 2.5 bath FLATS (1137-1192 sq. ft.) $430,000 to $600,000
