| The
undersigned has/have on the dates set forth
below, inquired about the purchase of second/vacation
home at The Regent South Beach from South
Beach Resort Development, LLC, a Florida limited
liability company ("Developer"). In making
such inquiry, the undersigned has/have been
informed by the Developer and by checking
off the "I agree to the above terms and
conditions" checkbox below, specifically
understand, acknowledge and agree as follows:
- I understand that
the purchase of a unit in The Regent South
Beach is a real estate transaction.
- I understand that
while there is a potential, as with any other
real estate acquisition, to earn income if
I were to choose to rent or lease a unit after
purchase, the Developer is not selling units
as an investment.
- I understand that
the Developer does not represent or guaranty,
and that I am not relying on the accuracy
of any performance or rental information which
I may have requested at the time of my inquiry.
- I understand that
purchasers of units at The Regent South Beach
may, in their sole discretion, place the units
for rent or lease either through an affiliated
hotel management company or through their
own independent means, but are in no way obligated
to offer such units for rent or lease.
- I understand
that there is no rental pool arrangement associated
with The Regent South Beach, and no representation
has been made to me guaranteeing rental or
investment income.
