Beach Resort Development, LLC., is the developer of The
Regent South Beach. Both of the principals of South Beach Resort
Development llc., Ronald Molko and Gene Grabarnick were involved
in the development, sales and management of the Mercury Resort South
Beach. The Mercury Resort is a 44-unit Condominium/Hotel in the
heart of South Beach. Prior to their developments on South Beach,
Ronald and Gene were principals of Berkeley Resorts Management.
Incorporated in 1985, Berkeley Resorts primary business was resort
development, sales and management. Berkeley developed, sold and
managed 6 resorts, 25,000 owners, 180 employees and had an annual
operating budget of over $8.6 million.
