Here's updated info about the Viceroy project coming to SoFi!
The project is composed of 63 residences and 121 boutique
condominium hotel units. They are all located in that great area of
SoFi near Joe's Stone Crabs - quiet, very European seaside feeling,
but close enough to walk to the action when you feel like it!
The residence units are amazing because they are going to have the
same finishes as Apogee - balconies on 2 sides, computer touch
screens that are linked to the building services and amenities,
gorgeous Italian cabinets, stone counter tops and high end
appliances and whirlpool tubs.
As if that weren't enough, there will be 2 private residential pools
and a dramatic crescent shaped resort pool, 2 world class
restaurants, concierge service, and a spa, conference rooms and
business center at the resort.
Basically, you get all the amenities (and more actually) of a luxury
high rise, in a series of exclusive, private boutique buildings.
Prices are between $600,000 - $2,000,000 for the residences portion
of the Viceroy, and from $1,000,000 to $6,000,000 for the resort
condominium hotel residences.
They're taking reservation with just a fully refundable $5,000
deposit which can even be paid with a credit card! Even if you are
just thinking about it, it is worth it to make a reservation, since
those with the first reservations get first pick of units!
