A 97-YEAR-OLD SISTER AS TRUSTEE?
SOURCE: RECER EXPERIENCE.
After attending one of my seminars in Fairfax, VA, Mrs. T. wrote me a letter about her family circumstance.
She reported, "My Aunt, at age 80, named her older sister, my Mother, as her Trustee. Mother was 89 at the time."
She said, "Everything has gone well so far; but, Mother is now 97 years old. She is still very sharp; but, I would never recommend that anyone name an older person as trustee."
